Clearly, you did not read my comment. There is a difference in vacation time and sick time. Women take more sick time for two reasons: when a child is sick, the mother is more often the one to take time off. Again, this is not rest time. Second, studies examining sick time factor in post-birth medical leave. Both of these types of leaves adversely affect women and their earning capacity.
There is not a single article that will say that working women get more rest that men. Studies show that the only women who get more rest than men are women who do not work (housewives). The demographic that gets substantially more rest than anyone? Househusbands.
