You nailed it! I started powerlifting two and a half years ago. I have lost 10% body fat and 3 scale pounds. I am going to start a bulk in August. My goal is to gain 7 pounds, 5 of which I want to be muscle. I would be 15% body fat and borderline over weight. Hell no. Hell. No.
