You know I have been a long supporter of seeing both sides of the issue. I firmly believe in seeing both sides of an issue and how it affects both genders.

I can understand why you feel the way you do and what recent experiences may have left you feeling. I think it’s hard on everyone.

That said, I do think there is something that happens between women but I don’t think it’s ill intended or toxic. We are mama bears. We are nurturers. We take to wounded creatures and have a natural desire to make them better. This is not to say that men don’t do this. They surely do.

But something different happens with women. We’re also fighters and communicators. I have learned that one of the worst things you can do to a woman is to act as though her voice does not matter. That what she says carries no significance. We know differently. We reassure.

When no answers are given, we seek our own. I don’t think there was ill intention. It’s just a struggle to make sense. We do that together.
