Yep. I was just joking with a friend last night that I have not seen my daughter in a dress since she was 8. That was over 7 years ago. I have gotten married, been married, gotten divorce and been single for a year and a half in the tie since I last saw her wear a dress.

The hardest part has been getting other people on board with her lack of girlyness. When schools had ceremonies and girls were required to wear dresses, I had to call her teacher and explain that was NOT going to happen.
