What absolutely terrifies me about the rape comment is that men like that reader clearly do not understand they inherent horror of rape. And, they are sitting in juries and voting in elections and doling out probation only sentences of rapists. I’ve had people say some horrible things in comments. That was, by far, the most reprehensible.
