This I 100% get behind! There is some NASTY internalized misogyny that women experience. Like, they don't even realize it. It's shocking when you listen to people and the gender-based comments they make. We reinforce gender standards all the time. I work REALLY hard in my relationship to not make any statements or judgments based on our genders. As "woke" as I am, it still takes effort but I try every damn day. My partner deserves that.
