This came up again a few nights ago. I was at another concert and a man bumped into me spilling my drink all over me. He shouted over to me from the bar that he’d replace my drink and asked what I was having. I went into self-protection mode. As women, we are conditioned not to trust someone. He may have meant well but my gut wondered if bumping into me and spilling my drink wasn’t part of the whole schtick. I hate wandering the world with so little trust.
