There’s a big difference. Think about it like a huge job promotion. You may love the idea of the big office, the higher paycheck, the new title. It’s sounds great on paper. Who wouldn’t want that? But, you just don’t have the energy or drive to do what it takes for the job. It keeps you from loving your job. Weird analogy, but given my experience in this relationship, it works.
