Thanks for responding. A few things:

1) "I usually avoid feminist forums because I am not here to start trouble. "I'm curious as to why you would think your presence in a feminist space would start trouble. I know several men, such as Joe Duncan, that are tremendous forces in the feminist space.

2) "Men and women naturally have different skill sets." There is nothing about the differences that are natural and inherent. Research heavily supports the idea that any inclination toward activities or work has been completely created by society. And, when that society has been built my men to favor them and not women, this creates a lack of equality that is systemic.

3) "Only one female Mainre in my years truly loved doing this job. " In most cases, what keeps someone from enjoying a job is environment. I worked as a VP of a publicly traded company. I loved the work, I hated the environment I left.

4) "As a leader, it was my job to get people to the place where they perform at their highest levels." Studies have shown that women are better at this and that we are better at handling stress. Our go to is "tend and befriend" where research shows men engage is fight or flight. Women are between leaders. Men are better "figureheads."

5) "Women are great at planning parties because they have a grand vision of how things should look and how people should feel." This is not inherent. We do this because it is assumed that this is "just what women do."

I do appreciate your response but please understand that some of it supports my claims. Women are pigeonholed and it creates a massive barrier for us to be successful.
