Oh, trust me. This has nothing to do with insecurities. I am not worried that a man will go out and find someone better and I’ll be left in the dust. That is not my motivation.

As I mentioned to someone else, my time is limited and so I want it valued. And, keep in mind that this is based on how I prefer to date. I am willing to make a deeper emotional investment up front. I want someone willing to do the same.

I DO NOT have the time to date three different people for the sake of “playing the field.” So, if a guy wants to date three different women and I get squeezed in only on his schedule, when it’s convenient for him, that is not going to work. I’m not looking to impose rules on people. I’m looking for someone who values their time AND my time.
