Oh, girl! Do it! There is nothing better than feeling strong!! There is a lady that goes to my powerlifting gym who is 48 and maybe 5'2". She lost 80 pounds and ending up really dialing in her diet and LOVED feeling strong. She’s now a competitive powerlifter. She can pull a 496 pound deadlift weighing 132 pounds. Age is a number. I have arthritis in my left shoulder and it almost made me give up. I feel better than I ever have right now and the side result is not looking to shabby either! We can be cyber workout buddies!!
