Oddly, the new guy’s pictures on the app are awful. I mean, he’s handsome, but his pictures don’t do him favors. He got me with that damn line.

What you say is what I’m talking about with aligning what you want with what you’re seeking. I will swipe left on a great-looking guy or an average guy standing in front of something flashy if there isn’t something that grabs my interest on a deeper level.

Likewise, my profile is authentically me. I don’t get a lot of matches. I’m not trying to win people over by impressing them with flash. I’m just being me. The right people show up for that.
