I understand what you say about assumptions. I don’t think that just because ghosting has become normal behavior and that life is full of disappointments, we should get used to it. I have always had high expectations of people. I am regularly disappointed. It doesn’t mean that I have to lower those expectations. I still expect people to do better. And, people should do better than ghosting.
