I think we just need to let folks we care about know that they are loved. Know that we believe in them. I have no problem giving people tools but THEY have to use them. For example, the friends I mentioned that I met last year. I give her books because I know she loves to read. The books have helped her find her way. And we have something lovely to talk about over wine. I hope your daughter finds peace and gets the help she needs.
