I think that may be more of a Second Amendment question. You still have to qualify for the draft. There are some people that would be disqualified based on age, disability, etc. Right now, women are eligible to be drafted but there is no forced registration for is as we have not used the draft in ages. So even the argument it being privilege is a little off given that it’s not currently being used… It’s a stretch.
