I love your response. I think it makes perfectly logical sense. I thought a lot about this after publishing it. I think what I am reconciling is the expectation that I will forever hate Ryan Adams. I don’t. I still love his music. I have a harder time with exactly what you just said. We can’t selectively be offended to the point of boycott. That’s just a dick move.
