I always find it ironic when an one generation bashes the next generation. Why are millennials so (fill in the blank)? Because we raised them to be like that! It’s our fault! You can’t give an entire generation Participation Trophies and then complain they have no concept of success. You can’t helicopter mom kids and then complain they take no initiative. Doesn’t work that way.
