Excellent point. I just listened to a podcast that talked about how we need to do that examination of why we sit where we do. Sometimes the comfort zone needs to be left but not always in the same way. For example, a workaholic may continue to push outside of their comfort zone by adding more responsibilities. The reality may be that the area beyond their comfort looks like letting themselves ease up.
